ARTWORK APPROVAL CHECKLIST:
Ensuring Your Print Accuracy
Please use this checklist to carefully review your artwork. Your thoroughness helps us ensure the final printed product meets your expectations.
Spelling: Is all text spelled correctly?
Font & Style: Are the correct fonts and styles used throughout?
Placement & Information: Is all text precisely positioned, with no missing information?
Positioning: Are all images, logos, and text elements positioned exactly as you intend?
Resolution: Are all images and logos high-resolution (at least 300 DPI) to ensure sharp print quality?
Integrity: Have no elements in the artwork been moved, removed, or altered?
Recreated Logos: If your logo was recreated, please zoom in to verify that all components are included and accurate.
Color Alignment: Do the colors for all text, artwork, logos, and background areas match your specifications?
Screen vs. Print: Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in device calibration, including Pantone (PMS) colors.
CMYK Printing: Moore Printing prints in CMYK.
Pantone (PMS) Matching: We can color-match to Pantone (PMS) colors if you provide the specific PMS code.
Exact Color Matching: If exact color matching is crucial, confirm that the PMS code is clearly indicated on your artwork.
CMYK Default: If no PMS code is provided, colors will be converted to CMYK, which may result in slight variations from your digital preview.
General Print: A 0.125-inch bleed is required on all sides for most printed materials.
Signs: A 1-inch bleed is required for signs.
Responsibility: If the required bleed is not provided, Moore Printing cannot be held responsible for variations in the final trimmed product.
Permissions Secured: Have all necessary permissions been obtained for the use of logos and images in your artwork?
Final Approval Statement
By proceeding, you confirm that the final artwork provided to you via email accurately represents how you expect your printed product(s) to appear. You understand that once this approval is given, Moore Printing will not be liable for any errors or inconsistencies in the final product.
By approving, you take full responsibility for carefully reviewing and confirming all details within the artwork. You acknowledge that Moore Printing cannot be held accountable for any changes or corrections that were not requested during the artwork approval stage.
